Terms & Conditions for Registration and Entry:
This prize is administered, organized and funded by Pelpito B.V., Tjalk 19d, 2411 NZ Bodegraven, Netherlands, hereinafter referred to as “we”, ”us” and ”Pelpito B.V.”.

1. Terms and conditions of our offer
This prize draw would not be possible without the support of the sponsors.
By providing your consent, you agree to receive marketing communications for the benefit of the prize competition organizer and sponsors.

2. Eligible Participants
2.1. Entrants to the prize draws must be bristish residents aged 18 years and over, and must be residents in the United Kingdom at the time of entry, to be eligible. Employees, authorized representatives and agents of Pelpito B.V., sponsors and their affiliates, as well as their respective family members and relatives, are not eligible to participate. This also applies to persons who are disqualified or excluded and/or banned from participating in the Competition, in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms and Conditions | Gasoline of Participation.
2.2. Participation is only allowed and valid if the participant provides his or her own first name and last name. Participation via aliases or under another name is not allowed.
2.3 The participant must have correctly answered the selection question, which is part of the registration process, in order to be eligible for the prize. This will be done by lottery.

3. Participation
3.1. Participation via the Internet takes place via the corresponding online registration. The entrant may also, during the process, agree to receive advertising in favor of Pelpito B.V. and the prize draw sponsors. The details in this regard are set out in the specific agreement to receive advertising.
3.2 Participation is only possible until the stated deadline for registrations. Each entry must be completed before the deadline.
3.3 Participation is in no way conditional on the purchase of goods, the use of paid services and/or the payment of connection charges and/or usage fees to Pelpito B.V. and the sponsors or other companies involved in the prize draw. If a survey is completed or other offers are taken up in connection with the participation, any associated participation or order will not affect the chances of winning in any way.
3.4 If, in the case of an online entry, a participant has agreed to receive advertising, and then withdraws this consent, the participant’s chances of winning remain unchanged. This means that a withdrawal of consent will not affect the right to participate once participation has been established.

4. Determination of prize winners and special conditions
4.1. The prizes shown on the website will be raffled among the real participant(s) within four weeks after the registration deadline.
4.2. If the prize is a coupon, it may consist of multiple coupons, worth the specific total amount of the coupon listed above.
4.3. Verified participants are participants who provide correct information, who are justified and who are at least 18 years old.

5. Notification to Winners; dispatch of prizes
5.1 The winner(s) will be notified by telephone and email, as soon as they are not heard the winner(s) will be notified by post.
5.2 The prizes will be sent by the organizer to the winner(s) at his expense.

6. Forfeiture of the right to claim a prize
6.1 In the event of a failed notification, the right to claim the prize will lapse. A notification that an individual has won a prize will be deemed failed if:
a) the letter notifying that individual has won, which is sent by certified mail, proves undeliverable, or if the winner does not reply within a time limit of 14 days after delivery, by contacting the Organizer by telephone, e-mail or post (where the date to be taken into account is the date of receipt by the Organizer); and
b) on two attempts to notify him/her by telephone that he/she has won a prize, the winner does not answer the telephone; and
c) an e-mail informing this person that he/she has won proves to be undeliverable, or if the winner does not reply within a time limit of 14 days after delivery, by telephone, e-mail or via to contact the organizer by post (where the date to be taken into account is the date of receipt by the organizer).
6.2. Once the right to claim a prize has expired, the draw will be repeated.

7. Transferability and Taxes
The rights to claim a prize are non-transferable. The winner is solely responsible for payment of any applicable taxes.

8. Rules of Conduct; disqualification and banning
8.1 Pelpito B.V. has the right to disqualify and exclude entrants from the prize draw if they enter the entry process, contest and/or Pelpito B.V. pages.” manipulate or attempt to manipulate, and/or otherwise unfairly or unfairly attempt to influence the prize draw or its settlement, in particular by interfering with the software being used or by threaten or intimidate.
8.2 In addition, Pelpito B.V. may, at its own discretion, exclude participants from participation in advance, especially if there is a risk of breach of the Rules of Conduct.

9. Termination/Change Options
Pelpito B.V. reserves the right to discontinue or terminate the prize draw at any time without prior notice for objective reasons. This applies in particular if for any reason the prize draw cannot be conducted in an orderly manner, for example if the computers are infected with viruses, in case of software and/or hardware errors and/or for other technical and/or legal reasons that adversely affect the administration, security, integrity and/or the normal and proper conduct of the prize draw. In such cases, Pelpito B.V. has the right to amend the prize draw at its sole discretion.

10. Right to object and right to withdraw; consequences
The participant may object to the processing of his/her data for advertising purposes and/or, if he/she has agreed to this, withdraw this consent, without having to give any reason. The processing of data for advertising purposes and/or the use of participants’ data for these purposes will then immediately cease. The Promoter shall also notify the Sponsors of any such objection and/or withdrawal without undue delay.

Pelpito B.V. has no control over the content of these sites or resources, and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise as a result of their use.

13. Applicable law
Usually the mandatory laws of the country in which you reside apply. In addition, the law of the Dutch state applies.
